Modular storage

In collaboration with Wonderland, I wanted to look at headboards, especially for small city apartments. Here you can see that the user can easily mount the end himself, without damaging the wall behind. The product is flat-packed, and if desired, you can reduce, move or increase the amount of frame or storage space.

In collaboration with Wonderland, I wanted to look at headboards, especially for small city apartments. Here you can see that the user can easily mount the end himself, without damaging the wall behind. The product is flat-packed, and if desired, you can reduce, move or increase the amount of frame or storage space.

With the modules, you can buy storage, which corresponds to the boxes and hooks. These are hooked on with the help of the french cleat way, which makes it easy for the user to push it where they want it, and take it on and off. The upper logs are flat in front, to support the containers and are positioned so that the containers are just above those below.

The components are held together with bolts that are lightly screwed on, and the tip is covered with silicone to protect the wall, giving the user a good grip when taking them on and off.

The cushion has support against the wall, and can easily be hung up with the hooks.

During this project, I learned more about the construction of a certain product. How it could be made, and how much it would cost to produce it. I also got more skills in Fusion 360 and Keyshot.
